Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email/SMS with the tracking number and a link to our courier partner’s website so you can track your package’s live journey.

If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, our team will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
