Woofashion Terms and Conditions for Exchanges
At Woofshan, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our exchange policy:
1. Exchange Policy
- Items purchased from Woofshan are eligible for exchange only. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.
2. Eligible Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged for another size or color if available. In the event your desired size or color is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative item of equal or higher value, depending on stock availability.
3. Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for exchange.
5. Conditions for Exchange
- Woofshan reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our exchange requirements, such as being damaged, worn, or without original packaging.
6. Time Frame
- Once we receive the item for exchange, processing may take up to 14 business days. The new item will be shipped as soon as the exchange is approved.
